The staff were accommodating, ensuring that our
Requests were met, especially when we arrived late. The hotel's location is peaceful and allows easy access to the charming town of Falaise, known for its historical sites like the excellent château. The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient.

Fairly clean property with affable and efficient staff. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location near the town centre, and 15 minute walk from Automates Avenue Museum. Also - very close to closest restaurant as well as a quiet area close to a supermarket

This stay hit the spot for a long drive from the UK to France. We arrived a bit late, but check-in felt seamless and cute. The room was comfy, clean, with a newly refurbished vibe. Waking up on a big, soft bed was a treat! Breakfast impressed with quality food choices, though a bit more variety would be nice. A hot, hearty meal really fuels a day of travel. Parking came easy with plenty of space available, a huge bonus. The restaurant being closed on weekends caught us off guard. Dinner options outside were limited, particularly since we were expecting to dine on-site. That made our evening a bit of a scramble. Another thing worth noting is the water temperature in the shower- hot, which could be a safety hazard, especially for kids. Despite these bumps, a comfortable stay! Looking forward to my next visit for more exploration around Falaise and Caen.

The staff was accommodating, especially during late check-in, and a special mention goes to Anne-Sophie were really nice to help us.
The restaurant was closed on weekends, something that should have been clearly communicated in advance, limiting dining options in the area.

What a disappointment. The room was colder than a freezer, and despite me notifying the staff, they couldn't warm it up! The restaurant closes during weekends, which should've been clearly stated. Truly shoddy service. I expected at least a tiny complimentary gift for all the trouble, but alas, i just couldn't give a good review.

The shower towels are absurdly small!!! Warm water in the bathrooms could scald kids!!! Time for a more extensive dinner menu!!! A hospitality tray would be a welcome addition!!! Cold meals can ruin a dining experience!!!
